Mobile Service
We provide mobile repairs and maintenance on all freight wagons. We do this by means of fully equipped service buses that are manned by experienced mechanics / wagon masters. Most buses are equipped with, among other things, a BR0-PDR5 brake device so that we can, for example, carry out simple and efficient axle changes and the associated tests and brake investigations.
We store parts in our warehouses and in consultation with customers we can also store customer parts. This so that downtime of wagons is kept to a minimum.
The preparation of protocols (eg betreibsfreigabe, braking protocols etc) is done in the office and usually they are processed the same day and sent to the parties involved. Present are always photos of both before and after maintenance/repair. All this according to the standards of ECM, VPI and AVV so that the wagon(s) can be used again immediately in accordance with these rules.

Preventive maintenance
We offer preventive maintenance for your wagons. We offer preventive maintenance for your wagons. The intervention can, for example, take place at the loading/unloading location of the wagon. With proper preventative maintenance you will rarely be confronted with unpleasant situations and unforeseen costs.
Wagen Master Services
Our certified wagon masters are ready to check your wagons. We can provide technical checks, security checks or inspections/investigations/analysis. We take pictures of the wagons, describe their technical condition, check their components and verify their serviceability.
In Rent / Out Rent
Do you need to inspect your wagons upon return or rental? We provide independent vehicle inspections. We can provide an independent inspection of wagons before and after the lease. We can check your wagons for any damage. We will provide independent documentation of the condition of the wagons, including photographic documentation and description of the possible defects. We find this is important not only for the possibility of future claims from our client, but also for evidence. Our independence is your greatest advantage. It allows us to be unattached to either side of the lease, effectively saving time and money with wagon documentation.
GCU Repairs
Our mechanics are ready to repair freight wagons according to the various wagon protocols and GCU guidelines and codes.

We provide these services in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Austria.
Our process begins with a thorough inventory of the wagons and available materials. We then coordinate everything and, if necessary, handle the permit application. After that, the transport of the wagons to one of our facilities is organized in close consultation. Here, the parts are separated for reuse or destruction. For the destruction, you will receive a certificate of destruction.
Upon completion of the process, the billing is handled, and you will receive a detailed report of the work carried out.
Reuse
Identifying opportunities for the reuse of materials and components is a specialized skill.

Certification
VPI
Velox Services has also been positively rated by VPI (Vereinigung der Privatgüterwagen-Interessenten). Rules have been established in this regard of organizing and performing maintenance on freight wagons (including competence requirements, equipment to be used and working methods).
ECM IV
Within the framework of European Regulation 445/2011, a certification system has been established for companies that carry out maintenance on freight wagons. Velox Services meets the requirements of this regulation (Function IV Maintenance Implementation).
